Book tech support

I saw this hilarious video some years ago but didn't publish it at GUUUI since it was in Norwegian with Danish subtitles. But now it's here with English subs.

The video makes fun of newbie computer users by drawing analogies to the transition from scrolls to books some 500 years ago. In the video, a helpless monk gets tech support on his "malfunctioning" book.

Confidential Google research on YouTube

Here's a confidential video for Google internal use only. The video documents an ethnographic study of the YouTube community based on interviews of 25 U.S. based users.

Major findings:
- Some users have after more than four moths of using YouTube not realized that it contains videos
- Ethnographic researches should eat tic tac mints if they have a breadth kicking like Bruce Lee
