Jakob Nielsen - The Movie

The Swedes have this deep and heartfelt respect for Jakob Nielsen that he really deserves. Now, they made a film in his honor. May come to a cinema near you...

Usability = Communism?

Dilbert is concerned about a self-mutilating user interface. Has he been sticking his nose too deep into The Little Red Book?

iPhone mock-up tool

With this online tool, you can create your very own sketchy looking iPhone mock-ups. I'm not sure whether this can be used for any serious stuff though. But fun, it is.

95% of returned products work fine

According to a study by Accenture, 95% of consumer electronics products returned to retailers in the US are working properly. 68% are returned because they were thought to be defective or didn't meet customers' expectations.

A related study in the Netherlands found that this was the case for half of the products returned by Dutch people.

Apparently, Americans aren't as bright as the Dutch people ;)
