#3 Flash with no purpose beyond annoying people
#4 Content that is not written for the web
#5 Bad search
#6 Browser incompatibility

Damn, I'm exposed...

I have issues with#9 - fixed width layouts.

Fixed width layouts are goooood. Imagine guuui.com stretched out on a 1920 x 1200 screen (what I'm on). It would be completely impossible to follow a line of text from one side of the screen to the other, and "land" at the beginning of the next line with your eyes. (hope you get what I mean).

And this happens waaaay too often for me (I like to have my windows maximized). Several news-sites are terribly difficult to read, because they DON'T fix the width.

Horrible idea.
